NPN Meeting 2025: 340B Drug Discount Program Updates

In this educational activity, learners will explore the foundational intent of the 340B Drug Discount Program and how recent policy developments, including Medicare’s Maximum Fair Price Negotiation, influence 340B strategies. The session will offer practical guidance for mitigating HRSA audit risks and review recent HRSA Program Integrity findings. Participants will also examine the effects of manufacturer rebate models and restrictions on 340B operations, along with the impact of the Inflation Reduction Act on 340B compliance and drug pricing. This activity equips attendees with up-to-date knowledge and actionable strategies to navigate regulatory challenges and protect program integrity.
