MSS Meeting 2025: Pharmacy Regulatory Compliance & Revenue Integrity: Key Updates

In this educational activity, participants will explore current federal pharmacy regulations and examine how manufacturers and wholesale distributors are preparing for full compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA). This session will also provide an overview of reimbursement structures from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), including navigation of New Technology Add-On Payments (NTAP). Learners will gain insights into proposed changes to Medicare reimbursement and the operational strategies required for successful implementation in pharmacy practice.
