HP3 Meeting 2025: Controlled Substance Diversion Trends & Tactics

In this educational activity, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the opioid crisis in the United States and its implications for healthcare organizations. The session will explore the risks and organizational impacts associated with drug diversion, as well as outline the essential components of a comprehensive diversion prevention, detection, response, and reporting program. Additionally, participants will learn practical strategies for conducting effective interviews as part of diversion investigations and compliance efforts.
