This module provides an introduction to Coding and Documentation. Participating in this session will assist attendees in improving documentation to support optimal coding, reimbursement and medical decision making. This will be achieved by learning key concepts of coding and documentation, increasing awareness regarding key roles related to coding and documentation and educating clinicians on organizational coding practices and resources.
