The 2022 Vizient Member Networks Nursing Leadership Series: Optimizing the Enterprise: Building your Nursing Workforce
Enhancing the nursing workforce is a challenge across the nation. Organizations continue to develop strategies to cultivate staff engagement in achieving and maintaining high standards of care. During this post-pandemic era, current and future leaders must also be prepared to navigate the workforce and financial challenges. In this fourth leadership program, we will examine the importance of investing in leadership professional development and how building leaders within an organization can support workforce retention. Panelists from two organizations will share how their nurse leader programs are structured to optimize the enterprise through session planning, mentorship and professional development.
