2022 Stronger - P128 - Improving Mortality Rates: Cultivating Connections To Understand Key Drivers - On Demand

Understanding the drivers that influence inpatient mortality performance and delivering meaningful information can be challenging. Success was achieved by connecting expert stakeholders, who held insights into mortality performance, with existing internal case review processes. Further collaboration with an analytics team led to the development of a dashboard that displays clinical data alongside these case reviews, allowing senior leadership and frontline providers to better understand key drivers of mortality performance.
