2022 Stronger - PH402 - The Path to Peak Performance: Achieving National Orthopedics Recognition - On Demand
We will share the story of how NorthShore Orthopedic and Spine Institute integrated analytics to benchmark competitive targets, provide systemwide service line transparency and improve quality — ultimately being listed as one of U.S. News & World Report’s top 50 Best Hospitals for Orthopedics. This overview will cover our monthly processes of scorecard reporting with custom measures, ongoing performance improvement engagement with physicians, ad-hoc analysis for at-risk measures, and opportunities for future expansion and development.

Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualified Education hours should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification. Participants are responsible for maintaining a record of their ACHE Qualified Education hours. To self-report, participants should log into their MyACHE account and select ACHE Qualified Education Credit.
Other Healthcare Professionals (General CE Credit)
