This program will focus on the strategy Rush University Medical Center (RUMC) took to develop and implement structures and processes that support and improve ambulatory quality. RUMC was selected because they are consistently in the top performer group for inpatient and outpatient quality outcomes. Panelists will discuss the various organizational approaches including structure, processes, analytics, management systems and engagement strategies.
