Spring 2021 Chief Medical Officer Network Meeting will present the multi-faceted approaches employed by two academic medical centers to bolster staff joy and resilience during and beyond the pandemic.

1.    Describe aspects of how a health system provided tangible improvements to its workforce during the COVID pandemic
2.    Illustrate how enhancements to existing staff support programs and initiatives impacted staff well-being during the pandemic.
3.    Discuss how lessons learned during the pandemic will help shape future ongoing improvements related to staff support
