COVID-19 Part 2: CDI & Coding Updates 2021
COVID-19 has been an unprecedented global pandemic. Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) specialists review these cases daily. New codes have been added/updated as of January 2021 and we have almost a years’ worth of data to learn from. We know our CDI specialists would appreciate updates regarding the pandemic, financial data and information about readmissions, coding updates and guidance, and potential CDI query opportunity that is displayed through educational content and genuine case studies.
