The premise of this proposed presentation is to posit that there is a core value threading through every leadership model, and that the core value is often overlooked. Tapping into and focusing on this core value is a key to organizational success. It starts simply enough with people and their dedication toward normalized relationships. Understanding what people bring to the table and how different perspectives interact with other perspectives can help an organization achieve greatness.
