2.    Apply category management and strategic sourcing methodologies, including RFP strategy and design, contract management planning, value analysis integration with clinical stakeholders, and structured negotiation techniques to support effective spend management.
3.    Evaluate risk mitigation and resilience approaches within the healthcare supply chain, including business continuity planning and best-practice process design to ensure operational efficiency and uninterrupted patient care.
