Vizient Southern States Spine Surgery Workshop
This course allows members to learn and improve through collaboration as opportunities are identified and member centric solutions are built. Participants will learn and actively engage with subject matter experts, leading practices and colleagues as we address spine surgery across the care continuum. Participants will evaluate the continuum of care to identify and act on their specific opportunities as related to spinal surgery.

- Discuss the advantages of participating in a spine surgery collaborative to help improve spine surgery patient outcomes
- Describe methods for continuous process improvement in optimizing the patient experience with elective spine surgery
- Discuss implementation of in-hospital postoperative protocols to improve measurable patient outcomes
- Present interactive knowledge exchange using a Spine Surgery Roadmap to Success to identify opportunities for improvement and determine strategies to overcome challenges
