Vizient Southern States Quality Network Meeting - On Demand
This program will provide education on root cause analysis tools that are most frequently used during clinical and operational projects to help determine the underlying reason for the problem/challenge. The education will refresh on use of the root cause analysis component of the A3 problem solving tool along with instruction on tools that are most effectively used for root cause analysis. Sample case studies will be used to practice application of the tools during the session along with discussion, question and answer time and sharing of examples among participants.
