4.    Update on the final CMS rule for the MIPs performance categories and measures;
5.    Emerging models to integrate advanced practice providers into the provider team;
6.    Leading practice from a regional system that has a triad approach to integrating advanced practice providers; and
7.    Leading practices from organizations that have improved and sustained improvements;
