This activity is designed for chief nurse executives who are committed to fostering the success of all nurses in their organization. As healthcare evolves, new challenges are emerging for nurses, including:
- Increased levels of anxiety and stress among novice nurses
- Difficulties with securing preceptors and mentors
- More new nurses on the floor than experienced ones
- Less experienced nurses in leadership roles
Join us as we examine the voice of 40,000 new nurses and learn about their top concerns collected from a recent survey. We will also hear from peers actively working to mitigate these challenges and how to support today’s workforce.
