Vizient Chief Clinical Executive Networks: Optimizing Care for All
This program will seek to educate leaders on how they can influence the health of their populations and implement strategies to advance health equity through partnerships. Participants will learn from subject matter experts and member organizations that are making an impact on improving the health of their workforce and communities. Clinical executives will have the opportunity to join round table discussions with leaders who have designed and implemented programs focused on optimizing care for all and participate in a live Q&A session.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for physicians, nurses, quality leaders, and all other healthcare professionals.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Examine how health disparities impact patients, communities, and the workforce
- Review key action items organizations can take to address inequities in their own communities
- Discuss how community partnerships can improve health equity, patient outcomes, and the workforce
