Updates in the Management of UTIs in Kidney Transplant Patients

This activity aims to equip pharmacists and pharmacist technicians with the latest updates in the literature regarding the management of UTI in transplanted populations, especially in KT recipients. By reviewing works of literature and Infectious Diseases Society of America guidelines, this presentation will summarize the updated recommendations to help providers better understand the disease states, reduce inappropriate antibiotic ordering, and prevent the resistance of antibiotics.
