Transition to Practice - Interprofessional Collaborative Practice - On Demand

Learners participating in this activity can expect to gain practical knowledge and skills to support Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) during their transition to clinical practice. The activity will cover strategies for improving APP confidence, productivity, and integration into care teams. Participants will explore structured onboarding approaches, mentorship and preceptorship models, and learn how to align APP development with organizational goals to enhance retention, engagement, and patient care outcomes.
