In this activity, learners will gain an overview of therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in inflammatory diseases, including its clinical rationale, interpretation of drug levels and anti-drug antibodies, and application in precision medicine. The session will also address practical considerations such as patient selection, timing of monitoring, payer coverage, and integration of TDM into clinical workflows. By the end of the activity, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians will be better prepared to apply evidence-based TDM strategies to optimize therapeutic outcomes, improve safety, and support individualized patient care.
