Spinal Muscular Atrophy: Pharmacotherapy – On Demand

This rare neuromuscular disorder that results in the loss of motor neurons and progressive muscle wasting is usually diagnosed in infancy or early childhood and if left untreated it is the most common genetic cause of infant death. The therapies available for this disorder will be explored along with the uniqueness of distribution of the therapies. Best Practices in therapy will be presented.
