Shaping the Discourse of Executive Wellbeing
We know through the work completed on staff well-being that stress and burnout is real – in this activity we will review data that identified leading practices used by members to make positive change and impact for their teams. Attendees will hear and discuss results from the inaugural Chief Nurse Executive Network Member Profile, focused on CNO well-being. This is the opportunity to shape the discourse on executive well-being in a novel way.
