Decades of experience have shown more rapid safety improvement and greater sustainability with bold transparency, unwavering accountability, and continuous, focused problem-solving. During this two-day Vizient Workshop, participants will explore how to integrate these essential elements and effectively create and sustain safety and reliability with robust management systems. Diverse content expertise, group exercises, individual coaching and custom action plan design will help bring this to light.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, nurses, quality, safety and risk professionals, and senior clinical executives.

  • Discuss the primary reasons safety efforts succeed or fail
  • Summarize the necessary elements for high reliability health care today
