The key to patient flow is having the right care, in the right place, at the right time. With adequate nurse staffing at an all-time low, real-time capacity management is paramount to keeping patients safe.A mix of approaches have been undertaken by hospitals to improve capacity. Utilizing an evidenced-based framework, this webinar will share approaches that have been successful in reducing LOS such as  multidisciplinary rounds, discharge lounges, escalation processes, and the use of scripting.
