Real Results, Real Leadership: 2025 Strategies Driving Measurable Results

Participants will learn how nurse leaders are achieving measurable results through evidence-based strategies, innovation, and AI integration. This session will feature updates from Mayo Clinic on ambient listening and AI implementation, and spotlight PSI and BJC Western Region’s outcomes in falls reduction, pressure injury prevention, and patient experience. Attendees will leave with practical insights to accelerate workforce engagement and operational excellence across nursing teams.
