The Pursuit of Systemization of Clinical Services to Improve Pharmacy Value

This webinar will directly address challenges in systemizing clinical services such as metrics, pharmacy & therapeutics decisions, and service line considerations. We seek to bridge the gap of knowledge by sharing best practices seen within two large health systems, which include health systems undergoing acquisitions and/or expansion as well. Through this activity, we will provide members with foundational principles in understanding how to expand or initiate systemization of clinical services across the enterprise.
