Pharmacy Professional Development and Workforce Webinar Series 2022-2023 - Residency Year Building Resilience
The webinar series will be taught by experienced practitioners and will give residents knowledge and practical insights in three main areas of behavioral interviewing, recruitment processes and the first 90 days in a new position. Experienced practitioners will give preceptors knowledge and practical insights in assisting with their development, developing resilience, and building on skills for managing remotely. Many real-world examples will be used as illustrations in addition to engaging the audience with a question/answer session at the end of each webinar.
