Navigating the AI Ecosystem - AI's Evolving Role in Health Care

Participants can expect to learn about the origin and contributing factors in the rise of AI, especially with a focus in healthcare. The diversity of AI applications will  be covered to include clinical and non clinical opportunities, sharing case use examples where AI is already in the research/piloting phases.  The various phases of AI will be described with a focus on Generative AI and the foundation model. Participants will learn about the top priorities of health system AI in the near future and how to strategically think about considerations in building an AI program for their organization. They will also learn about AI adoption barriers, patient concerns and future clinician roles as we move into AI in healthcare.
