Mid-Atlantic Clinical Leaders Network

December 3, 2019

This program will introduce concepts related to the generational differences in healthcare, including the emerging challenge of younger (different generation) leaders directing the workforce and supporting their engagement with patients and families.  Our keynote speaker will offer a refresher on the generations, how they connect and develop their work personalities and how leaders can support them.  We will also provide a workshop experience allowing attendees to try strategies in situations provided by our speaker.

Each webinar will be interactive, our speaker plans to engage with challenging questions and open discussion.
