Managing Your Transfers: Are We Getting the Right Patients?
This program will provide education to close the knowledge gap through didactic presentations by subject matter experts and participant/faculty question/answer opportunities to address the new requirements and problematic survey areas. In addition, successful strategies will be shared to assist participants in being able to identify actions to take in addressing new requirements and actions to take in correcting problematic areas.

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
Apply leading strategies for appropriate interhospital transfers
Recognize the importance of linking patient outcomes metrics to the implementation of leading strategies as a measure of success
