LISN Supply Chain Institute

Irving, TX US
August 28, 2024 to August 29, 2024

The healthcare industry faces numerous challenges when it comes to managing the supply chain effectively. By providing the Supply Chain Institute, we aim to address the following (but not limited to) problems;

- Lack of visibility: This lack of visibility leads to difficulties in tracking inventory, identifying potential bottlenecks, and making informed decisions. Training can help healthcare professionals gain a better understanding of supply chain visibility tools and techniques, enabling them to optimize inventory management and streamline processes.

- Cost Containment: The Supply Chain Institute can help professionals identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate better contracts with suppliers, implement value analysis processes, and optimize supply chain operations to reduce overall costs.

- Vendor management and performance: This training can equip professionals with the skills to assess vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts effectively, monitor supplier performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

By addressing these problems, organizations can improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, enhance patient safety, and ensure a reliable supply of essential healthcare products and services.
