ISMP Highlights for Action: Recent Medication Safety Concerns Fall 2024
This activity will cover recent safety concerns from the perspective of ISMP. Participants will learn the difference between latent and active failures in safety and the recommendations providers can take to lessen the growing danger of counterfeit drugs. We will also cover the system changes organizations can make to safeguard medications that have available pharmacogenomic testing.
