ISMP Highlights for Action: Recent Medication Safety Concerns
This continuing education program will review key medication safety issues and emerging best practices across several high-risk areas. Participants will examine survey findings related to multi-chamber bag parenteral nutrition (MCB-PN), including common error types, recommended safeguards, and collaborative efforts with the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN) to convene a national stakeholder meeting and develop consensus statements.
