ISMP Highlights for Action: Recent Medication Safety Concerns
The participant will learn errors and examples of hazards that have been reported to the ISMP Medication Safety Errors Reporting Program (ISMP MERP) and published during the 1st half of 2023 and strategies that can be used to identify and reduce the risk of current medication events.
They will also learn how the reporting of unsafe conditions or actual events that could lead to harm that can be used regularly to support improved outcomes as part of a robust medication safety program.
