This 2022 webinar series is an introduction of various ways in which CDI specialists, their leaders, and their programs can extend their CDI roles to positively impact hospital performance. Some of the topics introduced include risk-adjustment, bundled payments, quality, and patient-safety indicator (PSI) prevention. The world of CDI continues to grow and this webinar series will ensure listeners stay up-to-date on the numerous and ever-changing aspects of CDI and coding.

•    Identify authentic documentation improvement examples and highlight query opportunity for risk adjustment, including cases in which the MS-DRG is maxed out.
