Closing the Loop on Safety Events - On Demand

Identify best practices for communicating safety events within an organization to ensure impacted staff are aware of changes made to prevent reoccurrence, help celebrate success stories and encourage reporting. The webinar will be divided into 3 parts. First, there will be a presentation from 4 leaders at different organizations speaking on the process of addressing safety event reporting, closing the loop of medication errors and addressing the challenges that they have faced in the process. Second, there will be a panel discussion with each of our speakers. Finally, the webinar will conclude with a Q&A session. Feedback and discussion during the Q&A will later be shared in a reference document for all members.
