This module provides an introduction to important concepts surrounding clinician well-being, including professional distress or burnout, fair and just accountability, leader behaviors, job crafting or co-creating ideal work, EHR efficiency, and pronouns. Clinicians should leave with better awareness of these issues, and tangible strategies to promote their own resilience.
