Annual Accreditation Update - Newport
This program will provide education to close the knowledge gap through didactic presentations by subject matter experts and participant/faculty question/answer opportunities to address the new requirements and problematic survey areas. In addition, successful strategies will be shared to assist participants in being able to identify actions to take in addressing new requirements and actions to take in correcting problematic areas.

- Outline the new and revised USP and anticoagulation medication requirements and strategies
- Demonstrate knowledge of the emergency management including COOP, environment of care and Life Safety challenging issues
- Describe the 2019 patient safety issues and mitigation strategies
