All Aboard the StewardSHIP: Hemostatic Agent Oversight Across the Continuum from Management to Stewardship

This activity will highlight use of concentrated clotting factors and protein therapies available to manage coagulopathies in the inpatient setting as well as evaluate clinical and operational considerations for pharmacists and technicians when pharmacy is managing and dispensing concentrated clotting factors and select hemostatic agents. It will also cover stewardship principles to the oversight and management of concentrated clotting factors and hemostatic agents to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
