This session will provide an overview of the AHA/ACC 2025 ACS guidelines, with a focus on updates most relevant to pharmacy practice. Participants will review changes in diagnostic and treatment recommendations, emphasizing updates in pharmacologic management, including antiplatelet, anticoagulant, and lipid-lowering therapies. The session will also highlight evidence that informed these recommendations, supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in optimizing medication therapy and improving patient outcomes in ACS management.
