Accreditation 360 Medication Management Update

Joint Commission recently published the rewritten hospital and critical access hospital programs accreditation manuals.  This broadcast will assist healthcare teams in understanding how to use the available material to understand how to prepare for accreditation surveys and understand the total impact of this rewrite on medication safety requirements.
