2025 Annual Accreditation and Regulatory Update
This program will provide education to close the knowledge gap through presentations by subject matter experts and participant/faculty question/answer opportunities to address the new requirements, including TJC 360, and problematic survey areas. In addition, successful strategies will be shared to assist participants in being able to identify actions to take in addressing new requirements and actions to take in correcting problematic areas.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
1. Identify new standard and regulatory requirements for 2025.
2. Identify regulatory/accreditation standard challenges with mitigation strategies to meet compliance.
3. Identify the updated Accreditation 360 and the comparison to the CMS CoPs.
4. Describe compliance and mitigation strategies for high-risk areas identified for each of the functional chapter review.
5. Identify changes and updates from CMS and the accrediting organizations for 2025
