2021 Nursing Leadership Series: Bridging the Gap from Education to Practice in a Complex Pandemic World - On Demand
Vizient has been committed to clinical excellence and recognizes the pivotal role nurse leaders play in assuring quality of care. Because developing nursing leaders is an industry-wide imperative, Vizient makes this series available nationwide to all networks hospitals. Nursing leaders need education and information to help them in their management role. Additionally, this educational tool can be utilized as an opportunity for executive nurse leaders to cascade these offerings throughout their leadership team. Truly making Vizient a partner in developing their leadership team.
This four-part series is designed to address their most pressing needs based on extensive surveys and audience feedback. In 2021, the series will focus on the difficult transition to practice in this complex environment, diversity at all staff levels, nurses leading in alternative care environments, and creative solutions to workforce needs. Furthermore, we plan to support this series with adjunct program offerings on high interest topics as they arise throughout the year in the form of webinars outside of the four planned programs, via trending topic webinars. Offering Vizient the ability to remain nimble in our offerings and be seen as a thought leader on the cutting edge of industry trends.
