2021 Medical Leadership Series - 2022 MACRA Final Rule and Physician Payment Update - On Demand
The 2021 Medical Leadership Series addresses the skills needed for organizational success in an era of value-based care, providing physician leaders at all organizational levels with the opportunity to learn about issues centered on the current state and evolution of health care. In these educational webcasts, we offer strategies for working within and leading teams to achieve high-quality, cost-effective care. These webcasts are provided as part of your Vizient Member Network membership.
Physician leaders may be unprepared for changes in quality payment programs. Their lack of awareness or compliance can result in severe payment penalties. Experts will highlight regulatory activities from 2021 that have impacted physician leaders. They will discuss newly introduced Alternative Payment Models, updates to Telehealth payment rules, the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and then the rule changes for 2022. This information will lay the groundwork for physician leaders to be ready for those changes.
