2026 Impact - T13 - All in on Trust: Risk-Tiered AI Governance Accelerates Deployment - On Demand

Hospitals and healthcare organizations face increasing pressure to deploy artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities quickly — without compromising patient safety, privacy or regulatory compliance. We designed and implemented a risk-tiered “fast lane” intake and governance model for AI and algorithmic tools that accelerates low- and medium-risk deployments while preserving rigorous oversight for high-risk use cases, with defined escalation triggers and measurable cycle time outcomes.
