2025 Imagine - T73 - Specialty Measure Scorecard: A Comprehensive Approach to Academic Medicine Quality - On Demand
Overview: In academic medical systems, quality assessment often fails to fully capture the advanced specialty care provided to patients. Froedtert and The Medical College of Wisconsin set out to implement a specialty quality measures scorecard to highlight the excellence of care delivered by specialized teams that is often overlooked in traditional quality scorecards. By adopting a more inclusive approach, we aim to answer some key questions, such as “What are we doing well? Where can we improve? How can we drive those improvements?” Our goal is to present these insights in a clear, centralized way across clinical specialties, offering a comprehensive view of performance.
