In support of improving patient care, Vizient, Inc. is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

The Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) accepts nutrition-and-dietetics-related continuing education credits from Jointly Accredited Providers. After completing this activity, CDR-credentialed practitioners may claim CPEUS under Activity Type 102; 1 contact hour (60 minutes) = 1 CPEU.

By completing the Connections Summit on-demand activity offered by Vizient, Inc., participants may earn up to 1.75 ACHE Qualifying Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.
Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualifying Education hours should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification. Participants are responsible for maintaining a record of their ACHE Qualifying Education hours. To self-report, participants should log into their MyACHE account and select ACHE Qualifying Education Credit.
