Rounding on staff enhances engagement and satisfaction. Wellness rounding bridges the gap between the structured support of the Nurse Residency Program (NRP) and the next transitional year in nursing practice. Coordinators can establish wellness rounding at their organizations as an intervention to mentor staff beyond the first year.
