TH5:1 Compassionate Care: Navigating End of Life for NLN's

Evidence shows that Newly Licensed Nurses (NLNs) lacked confidence in end-of-life care.  Using the Uncommon Leader philosophy, a multidisciplinary team tailored Vizient curriculum to enhance NLN education.  Interactive strategies improved competence, confidence, and emotional  processing, positively impacting patient care and NLN wellbeing.
