When hiring into a Nurse Residency program it is important for both the applicant and leadership feel that the new hire is the right fit for the organization. We feel that organizational enculturation should begin prior to the nurse resident start date and developed an Open House Interview process that allows the potential nurse resident to begin assimilation to the organization prior to hire.
